NEW CLIENTS: 

If remote tax preparation works best:

Please schedule an initial complimentary 15 minute session to meet  virtually to get established. A service agreement must be signed before any tax preparation. You will be provided with a secured portal account to upload documents. 

If you are in the local area (Portland Metro) and prefer in-person tax preparation:

Schedule an in-person tax preparation appointment with me. More details will be provided on the booking site. *The in-person appointment time slot is for only one tax return so please NOTIFIY me before booking if there will be more than one tax return filing. 

EXISTING CLIENTS:

Remote Tax Preparation (NO NEED TO SCHEDULE):

Option 1-Drop-off:

You can now drop off any of your tax documents during office hours (except any holidays) as follows:

Office Hours: Monday through Friday anytime from 9AM-5PM. A front receptionist will accept your package and place it in my office. If you decide to drop off, please call or text me at 503-897-0063 in advance or once dropped off. I'll prepare your taxes remotely and will be in touch with you if I need any additional information. Turn around time to complete your taxes should be within 5 business days depending on how quickly questions are answered and how quickly all required documents are submitted. 

Option 2-Upload documents to your secured portal, Verifyle:

Your existing Verifyle account should still be active. Please NOTIFY me to confirm any uploads.  If  you experience any technical difficulties, please reach out to me as soon as possible.
