Hello, I’m Maxine Yang, an Enrolled Agent and Licensed Tax Consultant based in Oregon.

I am the founder and sole owner of Maxine’s Tax Services, LLC, where I have specialized in income tax preparation and tax planning for individuals and small businesses since 2012. With over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation, I bring both technical expertise and practical insight to every client relationship.

I hold a Master of Science in Accounting and am federally credentialed as an Enrolled Agent (EA No. 00102937-EA), authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. I am also licensed as a Tax Consultant in the State of Oregon (License No. 32839-C).

My approach is thorough, ethical, and client-centered. I focus on accuracy, compliance, and proactive tax strategies tailored to each client’s unique financial situation—whether that involves individual returns, small business filings, or long-term planning.

In addition to English, I am fluent in Hmong (written and verbal), allowing me to better serve and support a diverse community with clarity and confidence.
